Sleepy Monk
Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters, purveyors of delicious coffee roasts since 1989, is situated in a cozy place between downtown Cannon Beach, Oregon, and Haystack Rock (which overlooks a majestic stretch of the Oregon coast). Their fair trade, organic beans are roasted in-house. During the day, Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters serves coffee and pastries and provides a homey shelter from the Pacific Northwest’s capricious weather, while at dinnertime they transform into the Irish Table, which has served Pacific Northwest-British Isles fusion cuisine since 2010.
